We are seeking a highly organized, personable, and proactive Hygiene Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role plays a key part in creating a smooth and welcoming patient experience while maintaining an efficient and productive hygiene schedule.

Answer incoming phone calls and assist patients with scheduling and inquiries

Schedule, reschedule, and confirm hygiene appointments

Proactively fill open appointment slots to maintain a full schedule

Check out patients and collect copays/payments

Assist the Hygiene Manager with daily scheduling coordination

Contact patients for appointment reminders and followups

Maintain accurate patient records and scheduling notes

Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive patient experience

1+ year of dental or medical office administrative experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment

Comfortable handling patient payments and front desk duties

Experience with dental software preferred
