Murphy’s Taproom & Carriage House is a busy restaurant and event facility hosting weddings, corporate events, showers, and private celebrations year-round. We are currently hiring professional and dependable Banquet Servers to join our event team.

Pay
Starting at $18.00 per hour + gratuities
Responsibilities
- Set up banquet rooms according to floor plans and event orders
- Properly set tables with linens, glassware, flatware, and décor
- Serve plated meals, buffets, and passed hors d’oeuvres
- Provide attentive, professional guest service
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
- Clear tables and maintain clean event spaces during service
- Break down and reset banquet rooms after events
Qualifications
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Banquet or restaurant experience preferred, but we will train dependable candidates.
Schedule
Evenings, weekends, and holiday availability required.
Part-time and full-time positions available.
