Lube Technician – Automotive Dealership
Busy automotive dealership seeking an entry-level or experienced Lube Technician. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, inspections, and general maintenance services. Must have valid driver’s license, strong work ethic, and ability to work in a team environment. Competitive pay, benefits, paid training, and advancement opportunities available.
- Perform oil and filter changes
- Rotate and balance tires
- Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections
- Check and top off fluid levels
- Replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs
- Inspect brakes, batteries, belts, and hoses
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow dealership safety and manufacturer procedures
Communicate service recommendations to advisors and technicians

- Previous automotive or lube technician experience preferred but not required
- Basic mechanical knowledge
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- ASE certifications are a plus
