As an Estimator/Project Manager, you will collaborate with insurance companies, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.

Assess and estimate restoration projects using platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.

Ensure compliance with guidelines set by TPAs and Insurance Companies.

Estimate, coordinate, and manage restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

Schedule and oversee subcontractors and project timelines.

Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, insurance companies, and team members.

Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures on all projects.

Document project progress, change orders, and work orders accurately and promptly.

Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or inquiries.

Work independently or collaboratively with a team to achieve project goals.

Proven experience in restoration estimating.

General construction knowledge and experience in renovation/remodeling.

Proficiency with estimating platforms such as Alacrity, Symbility, Contractor Connection, and Sedgwick.

Proficiency in project management software such as Xactimate and Dash.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders.

Valid Drivers License.

Willingness to work long hours and participate in an on-call rotation.
