Troubleshooting issues member experience with medical providers and appointments

Coordinating care management mailings

Provides administration and department support for care management team. Assists in completing activities related to different projects/initiatives in support of departmental goals.

Maintains and supports documentation, logs and data entry to monitor activity and/or outcomes in support of departmental goals as needed.

Back-up to the Member Service/Transportation department and offer coverage/assistance as needed.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Proficient in the use of office equipment and the computer; Microsoft Word and Excel.

Self-directing, good organizational and interpersonal skills.
Required Education, Experience, and Licenses:
- 1 year satisfactory office experience; experience in Health Care, desired.
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish, Mandarin, Cantonese, Bengali).
