Front Office Coordinator
Location: Lodi, CA
Compensation: $35-42/hour
Patient Mix: PPO/FFS
Schedule: Full Time (Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 5:00 pm + Fridays 7:30 - 12:00 pm)

About the Role
United Dental Corporation is seeking an experienced Dental Office Manager to join our growing team in the {REGION} market.

Specific practice placement will be discussed during the interview process based on experience, leadership style, and business needs.
Candidates may be considered for multiple practices within the region based on business needs, schedule availability, and overall fit.
What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Development

Lead, coach, and support front office and clinical team members

Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture

Assist with onboarding and training new team members

Support employee engagement, accountability, and performance improvement

Partner with regional leadership to achieve practice goals
Operations Management

Oversee daily office operations and patient flow

Ensure efficient scheduling and provider utilization

Monitor key performance indicators and office performance metrics

Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

Support inventory management and operational workflows

Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Patient Experience

Ensure a positive and professional patient experience

Address patient concerns and service recovery situations

Support treatment acceptance and patient retention initiatives
-
Maintain high standards of customer service throughout the practice
Financial & Business Performance

Manage office collections and financial performance
-
Monitor scheduling efficiency and production goals

Support treatment plan presentation and case acceptance efforts

Collaborate with leadership on growth initiatives and business planning
Requirements
-
High school diploma or equivalent
-
Minimum 2 years of dental office management or dental leadership experience

Strong leadership and team development skills

Experience managing patient scheduling and office operations

Strong customer service and communication skills

Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive results

Proficiency with dental practice management software

Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Preferred

Multi-provider dental practice experience
-
Experience in PPO, Fee-for-Service, and/or Medicaid environments

Experience managing production and collections goals

Experience with treatment acceptance and patient financing

Bilingual skills (if applicable to market)
