Requirements:
Active Indiana State Paramedic license
Valid Driver’s License & good driving record
Pass all background check
Pass the pre-employment testing including a complete physical & lifting agility
Must be able to satisfy pre-employment and random drug screening.
18 years of age when applying for EMT and or Paramedic
Active CPR certification
Eligible for Northwest Health Porter Hospital Sponsorship
