American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN Case Manager requiring 5 years of RN experience and 3 years of case management experience for a hospital-based position covering inpatient units.

Hospital-based Case Management department position

Covers all inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow units

Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 0800-1630

10-hour shifts, 4 shifts per week

No weekends required
-
No major holidays required
-
No on-call responsibilities

Active IL RN license required
-
Minimum of 5 years of RN experience required

In-hospital experience required

Minimum of 3 years of case management experience required

Responsible for case management duties across inpatient units, ED holds, and overflow areas

Candidates must have a verifiable permanent address greater than 50 miles from the facility
