The Role
We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Machine Operator / Line Supervisor to join our warehouse team. This isn't just a floor role. You'll be leading the pace, keeping quality tight, and helping the team work smarter. If you're someone who spots problems before they become bottlenecks and takes pride in a clean, efficient line, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Operate production line equipment, including heat tunnel machinery
- Supervise line operations and keep the team moving at pace
- Spot and pull bad or non-conforming inventory before it becomes a bigger problem
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks quickly to keep production flowing smoothly
- Ensure quality is maintained throughout every stage of the process
- Follow SOPs closely and adapt quickly when processes change
- Deliver and receive constructive feedback with professionalism
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment with strong situational awareness
- Other general warehouse tasks may be assigned as needed
What We're Looking For
Required
- Warehouse experience
- Production and/or manufacturing operation experience, including use and maintenance of heat tunnels
- Demonstrated leadership experience - you've managed or paced a team before
- Strong attention to detail: you catch things others miss
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality
- Problem-solving ability under pressure: quick thinking, not just quick moving
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Preferred (but not required)
- Electric pallet jack certification and/or experience

Compensation
Competitive and based on experience. We'll discuss details during the interview.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
