Full Time/Part Time Licensed Veterinary Technician

Red Barn Animal Hospital is a small, family owned practice in Madison, AL looking for a licensed veterinary technician to join our team. We are located at 852 Old Railroad Bed Rd. Madison, AL 35757. We are dedicated to providing the best medical care and customer service possible to our clients and their pets.
We have an opening for a full-time licensed veterinary technician. RVT/LVT or CVT required for the position. We are seeking a team player who is energetic, motivated, knowledgeable, and reliable. To apply, please submit your resume and cover letter including your relevant experience.

Technician duties include, but are not limited to: assisting doctors, patient care, IV catheter placement, anesthesia monitoring, surgical assistant, digital radiology, dental prophylaxis, medical sample collection and evaluation, client education and training, humane handling and restraint.
Some weekend hours are required on a rotation schedule.
Some holiday hours are required for hospitalized patients.
