Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Welcome visitors and assist with general office inquiries.
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain office calendars.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain digital and paper files.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when needed.
- Assist team members with administrative projects and daily office tasks.
- Maintain confidential information with professionalism.
- Help ensure the office remains organized, efficient, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
