Healibrium is a boutique day spa in beautiful Del Mar dedicated to helping our clients relax, rejuvenate, and feel their best. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Front Desk Manager who thrives in a wellness environment and enjoys creating exceptional guest experiences.
As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play a key role in ensuring every visit is seamless—from scheduling appointments to checking guests in and out, supporting our service providers, and helping us grow our online presence.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments.
- Check clients in and out efficiently while processing payments.
- Answer phones, emails, and text inquiries.
- Maintain an organized and inviting reception area.
- Assist with retail sales and recommend spa products when appropriate.
- Coordinate daily schedules with estheticians and massage therapists.
- Create and post engaging content on social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
- Help promote spa specials, events, and seasonal offerings through social media and digital marketing.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve client concerns with professionalism.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, spa, salon, or wellness environments.
- Experience with appointment scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
- Basic knowledge of spa services, including facials, massage therapy, and wellness treatments.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience creating, posting, and managing content on social media platforms.
- Professional appearance with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and provide outstanding service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a spa or medical spa.
- Familiarity with spa booking software.
- Basic photography or graphic design skills for social media content.
- Sales or retail experience.
