Job Overview
Surefire Coffee Co. is seeking a passionate, community-minded leader to oversee and support our growing team across 7+ stores in the Greater Nashville area. As an Area Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in fostering an exceptional coffee experience while building meaningful connections with our team members and customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Accountability: Provide hands-on leadership, support, and accountability to General Managers at multiple locations.
- Operations & Site Support: Act as a hands-on operational leader by filling gaps as needed to ensure smooth business operations. Coordinate repairs and maintenance across locations to minimize downtime and maintain high standards.
- Hiring: Lead recruitment efforts to hire and onboard exceptional talent for our growing team in a timely manner
- Reporting: Oversee operational, financial, and performance metrics to ensure goals are met.
- Budget Management: Develop, monitor, and maintain location budgets to align with company financial targets.
- New Location Openings: Assist in the planning, setup, and execution of new store openings, supporting cross-functional teams to ensure successful launches.
- Special Projects: Take the lead on strategic initiatives and company-wide projects.

- Multi-site management experience is required.
- You’re passionate about coffee; previous coffee shop management or barista experience is highly preferred but not required.

- 1+ years of multi-site management experience required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $60,000 per year
- Bonus compensation: up to 20%+ of base salary
