Blackmans Cycle Center is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (BDC) to support customer communications across multiple dealership locations. In this role, you'll respond to customer inquiries, schedule appointments, follow up with leads, and help create an exceptional customer experience from the very first interaction.

Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries by phone, text, email, and online leads
- Schedule sales and service appointments
- Follow up with prospective and existing customers
- Maintain accurate customer information in dealership software
- Manage customer communications for multiple dealership locations
- Route customer inquiries to the appropriate department and location
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, and Parts teams across multiple dealerships to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Complete outbound follow-up calls, texts, and emails
- Assist with customer satisfaction and retention efforts
- Perform general administrative and customer support duties as needed
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable supporting multiple dealership locations while maintaining excellent customer service
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with solid computer skills
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Previous customer service, call center, receptionist, BDC, or dealership experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate

Schedule: Approximately 40 hours per week, including Saturdays.
