We’re looking for a faith-based, high-energy volleyball coach who can lead, inspire, and build something special with our student athletes. This is more than just running practices about developing players, shaping culture, and pouring into students’ lives.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop the volleyball program with a focus on growth and competition
- Plan and run engaging, structured practices
- Develop athletes of all skill levels
- Track player development and provide feedback
- Communicate consistently with parents about progress and expectations
- Help build a positive, competitive, Christ-centered team culture
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior volleyball or coaching experience (Varsity High school level, Collegiate level or higher )
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to connect with and motivate student-athletes
- Alignment with the mission and values of a Christian school
- Someone who brings energy, accountability, and passion every day

Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting
This role can be combined with other teaching opportunities within the school for the right candidate, if those positions are open.
