Location: East Windsor, NJ (Hybrid)
Schedule: Full-Time | 35 hours/week
Onsite: Minimum 2 days/week (typically Tuesday & Thursday; Fridays are always remote)
We're looking for a Medical Biller & Accounts Receivable Specialist to join a collaborative, family-oriented team supporting individuals with special needs. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a foundation in medical billing who wants to grow their skills in a supportive environment. Process Medicaid waiver and fee-for-service medical billing.

Manage accounts receivable, including payment posting, collections, charge loss review, and resolving authorization issues.

Investigate billing discrepancies and work with leadership to improve revenue cycle processes.

Maintain billing data and serve as an internal administrator for billing software.

Assist with light financial administrative tasks, including generating invoices for fundraising events.

Some experience with medical billing, accounts receivable, or revenue cycle.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

Team-oriented, coachable, and eager to learn.

Experience with Medicaid waiver billing or other state-funded healthcare programs.

Familiarity with prior authorizations, denials, or charge loss identification.

Hybrid schedule with three remote days each week.
