Looking for various levels of an on-site Apartment Manager and Assistant Manager for our newly-built apartment complexes located in Post Falls, Coeur d'Alene, and surrounding areas. We offer upward and lateral mobility within our geographically-diverse operations.
Optional On-site housing, either 2 or 3 bedroom, 2 bath units, with washer and dryer included and is available as part of the compensation package if you choose the move-in option. The live-on-site wage adjustment will be specifically illustrated before you decide on the love-in option. In addition to an hourly rate plus medical insurance benefits after the customary waiting period, we limit any out of pocket co-pays, provide holiday pay, and paid time-off (PTO) accrual and generous retirement plan.
ON SITE MANAGER
Apartment or property management experience is preferred but will train the right applicant who has a math aptitude and proven reliability with verifiable references.
Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) experience preferred, recent HOTMA valued.
ASSIST MANAGER
We are also seeking assistant managers willing to assist and train with a full-time manager. This can be full or part-time depending on the location and your availability. This is a great option for students, parents, semi-retired people who wish to stay active and contribute to the community as we focus on affordable and senior housing. LIHTC and recent HOTMA experience preferred.
