Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, manage front desk operations, and create a welcoming environment for visitors, residents, patients, and staff.
Schedule:
Rotating weekday evening shifts: 5:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Every other weekend: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
Additional hours may be available when covering for the primary receptionist during absences, vacations, or other scheduling needs.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Maintain the front desk and reception area
Provide administrative support as needed
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages
Assist residents, patients, families, and staff with inquiries
Cover reception shifts as needed
Qualifications:
Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable attendance and flexibility with scheduling
