- $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts

What You'll Do
As a CNC Machine Operator, you'll play an important role in producing high-quality precision components. Responsibilities include:
- Operating CNC machinery and production equipment
- Reading routing paperwork and following production requirements
- Performing milling, turning, drilling, tapping, deburring, sanding, and polishing operations
- Inspecting machined parts and documenting results
- Completing production paperwork accurately
- Packaging finished products for shipment
- Performing routine machine maintenance
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Supporting quality standards and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Manufacturing or machining experience is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Dependable work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work safely in a production environment
