What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Monitor access at the front desk by greeting arrivals, verifying credentials, managing visitor logs, and communicating entry procedures in support of security-related operations.

Respond to incidents, questions, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to property management and/or emergency services when appropriate.

Support daily lobby and reception activities by answering phones, documenting security-related events, coordinating with building staff, and helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence.
Minimum Requirements:

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
