We are hiring an exceptional caregiver for a Full-Time Float Position serving clients throughout the Greater Nashville area.
Our care services are currently provided throughout the Greater Nashville area, including but not limited to:

Surrounding Middle Tennessee communities
Candidates must be comfortable traveling throughout these areas. Float team members should expect regular travel between client locations.

As an Elite Care Specialist Float, you will provide high-quality, client-focused in-home care while supporting new client starts, care transitions, and ongoing client needs across multiple locations. This leadership-forward role helps maintain the Matriarch standard of excellence and ensures every client receives a seamless, concierge-level experience.

Deliver exceptional, concierge-level in-home care

Assist with ADLs, mobility, and client safety

Provide companionship and emotional support

Observe, monitor, and report changes in client condition

Maintain accurate, real-time documentation

Ensure a respectful, safe, and supportive home environment

Communicate professionally with clients, families, and team members

Uphold Matriarch's standards of excellence, confidentiality, and courtesy

Support new client onboarding and care transitions

Float between clients and locations as needed

Mentor and support new caregivers in the field

Ensure care plans are followed with precision

Assist with coverage needs throughout the service area

Represent the Matriarch standard of care at all times

Minimum 1 year of caregiving, CNA, home care, or related experience preferred

Strong communication skills and reliability

Compassionate, patient, and detail-oriented

Ability to work independently in client homes

Reliable transportation required

Comfortable traveling throughout the Greater Nashville area
