American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring at least 1 year of L&D experience, with active CO or Compact RN licensure and night shift availability.

Labor and Delivery unit at an acute care hospital in Golden, CO

Night shift: 12-hour shifts from 1900–0730

Schedule is 3 days per week, 36 hours per week

13-week contract

Epic EMR used for charting

Floating to other departments may be required based on business need

On-call during regularly scheduled shifts may be required

Active CO or Compact RN license required — no pending licenses accepted

Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery RN experience required

Required certifications (must be AHA and must not expire prior to start date): BLS, NRP, and either C-EFM or AWHONN

ASN from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred

Epic EMR experience required

DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Two professional references required for consideration

Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates nursing care for Labor & Delivery patients

Responsibilities include patient health teaching, counseling, and referrals as needed

Performs both independent nursing functions and delegated medical functions in accordance with state Board of Nursing standards

Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment

BSN is preferred but not required
