Qualifications

Minimum: High School Diploma (or equivalent).

Knowledge of community resources.

Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel within Webster County.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trusting relationships.
The Family Support Specialist is responsible for building nurturing, supportive relationships with families facing multiple barriers to self-sufficiency and community connectedness. Through home visits, group activities, and individualized support, you will empower families to identify and achieve their goals.
