Position Overview:
Chick-fil-A Albemarle is seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This individual will play a key role in overseeing daily restaurant operations, developing team members, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives on coaching others, maintaining high standards, and embodying the values that define our culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage shifts, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency
- Train, coach, and develop team members to reach their full potential
- Maintain high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and customer service
- Support and execute systems that drive consistency and performance
- Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Chick-fil-A values
- Assist in staffing, scheduling, and performance management
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and care
Qualifications:
- Proven leadership experience (restaurant or similar environment preferred)
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Passion for developing people and building strong teams
- Open availability, including nights and weekends
- Commitment to excellence and attention to detail

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
