Information and Referral Specialist based in the Junction City Office.

Most of What You’ll Do: *Engage callers and visitors to determine needs, then direct them to the appropriate agency, program, or individual. *Receive and follow-up on referrals to and from the agency. *Document activities in agency database daily. *Perform daily/weekly office cleaning duties.
Training and Experience
Experience working with individuals with disabilities - 1 year preferred.
Computer experience required.
