Your Impact
· Provide personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing).
· Assist with ambulation, meals, and activities.
· Monitor and record vital signs and resident changes.
· Support nurses with charting and care planning.
· Offer companionship and advocate for resident needs.
Skills & Qualifications
· Active Iowa CNA certification required.
· Experience in LTC/skilled nursing preferred.
· Compassionate, reliable, and teamwork-driven.
