We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, whether in a lively nightclub setting or an upscale fine dining atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations.
- Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about drink selections.
- Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately, processing transactions efficiently.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all necessary supplies are stocked and available.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Stay informed about current drink trends, brewing techniques, and cocktail recipes to enhance the guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience in a nightclub or fine dining environment is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is essential for maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Experience using cash registers and POS systems is advantageous.
- A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure are crucial for success in this role.
