Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team as Clinical Director. This is an exciting opportunity to become one of the first clinical leaders of a newly established ABA practice and play a key role in shaping the future of the organization.
The Clinical Director will oversee the clinical development and delivery of ABA services, supervise clinical staff, ensure compliance with industry standards, and help establish a strong clinical foundation. The ideal candidate is passionate about improving the lives of children and their families, possesses strong leadership skills, and is excited to help build a high-quality, ethical, and family-centered ABA program.
Duties
- Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision, mentorship, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other clinical staff.
- Review client progress and modify treatment plans as needed based on data and clinical judgment.
- Develop, implement, and oversee behavior intervention plans.
- Ensure compliance with the BACB Ethics Code, Medicaid, and insurance requirements.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
- Train, mentor, and support members of the clinical team.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and other professionals involved in client care.
- Participate in recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and training clinical staff.
- Assist with the development of clinical programs, company policies, and procedures.
- Support credentialing, accreditation, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and supportive work environment.
- Maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence, ethical practice, and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.
- Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience overseeing clinical staff or ABA programs preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), behavior intervention planning, data collection, and evidence-based treatment practices.
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, medical terminology, and electronic health record systems.
- Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of clinical quality and attention to detail.

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
