We are looking for a caring, dependable, and energetic Childcare Team Member to join our team. You will help create a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment where children can learn, play, and grow.
Responsibilities
- Supervise children and ensure their safety and well-being
- Lead age-appropriate games, crafts, learning activities, and indoor play
- Maintain clean, organized classrooms and play areas
- Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers
- Observe children’s development and report concerns to the appropriate supervisor
- Respond calmly and professionally to challenging behavior and emergencies
Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous childcare, teaching, babysitting, or camp experience preferred
- Patient, reliable, attentive, and able to work well with a team
- Able to pass required background checks
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred; training may be provided

Schedule
Availability Monday-Friday mornings, possibly as early as 8:00, and Saturday availability preferred
