HVAC Service Technician (4+ Years Experience Required)
A/C Mechanical Solutions Inc. is hiring an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our growing team. We are looking for a reliable, skilled technician with at least 4 years of hands‑on field experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service.

Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, airflow, and control issues
- Service split systems, package units, heat pumps, furnaces, and air handlers
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and system testing
- Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of HVAC field experience
- EPA Section 608 Certification (required)
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of electrical components, controls, motors, and refrigerant systems
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in attics, rooftops, and confined spaces
- Strong customer service and communication skills
Preferred (Not Required)
- NATE certification
- Residential and property management experience
- Experience with service software or mobile dispatch systems
