What You’ll Do

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while promoting dignity and independence

Create a welcoming, caring, and respectful environment for residents and families

Respond promptly and compassionately to resident needs and call lights

Help ensure resident safety, comfort, and overall well-being

Follow established procedures during emergencies and changing resident conditions
