OPTION I
Experience:
One (1) year of experience performing work comparable to the class of Staff Services
Analyst.
OPTION II
Experience:
Two (2) years of experience performing work comparable to a Personnel Assistant in the
Interagency Merit System.
OPTION III
Education:
Equivalent to graduation from a four (4) year college or university, with coursework in Public, Business, or Personnel Administration, Political Science, or related field. (Supervisory experience, or experience providing program management analysis and recommendations may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.)
Experience:
One (1) year of analytical experience performing personnel management analysis duties which included the development of program and policy recommendations and reports.
