Field Service Technician – Vending & Refrigeration
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours per week
Weekend On-Call: One weekend approximately every 5 weeks

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable and mechanically skilled Field Service Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, maintaining, and servicing a variety of equipment both on the road and in-house.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on mechanical experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently while traveling to customer locations.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair coffee machines, vending machines, refrigerators, coolers, and other related equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and routine servicing
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and equipment issues
- Travel to customer locations to complete service calls
- Complete repairs efficiently and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts, and service calls
- Assist with in-house equipment repairs and maintenance when not on the road
- Keep company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and properly maintained
- Respond to weekend on-call service approximately once every 5 weeks
- Follow all company safety procedures and service standards
Qualifications
- Previous mechanical, maintenance, refrigeration, vending, HVAC, electrical, or related experience preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Comfortable working with hand and power tools
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Ability to travel to customer locations throughout the service area
- Reliable, dependable, and professional
- Willingness to learn and work on a variety of equipment
- Must have a clean driving record
