Job Title: Travel MRI Technologist/ MRI Technician

Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule Notes:
- Shift: 12-Hour Days
- Thursday & Friday: 7:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Optional floating based on facility needs
- No on-call requirement
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week

Compensation: $68 - $73/ hr pay range
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment. The ideal candidate will have recent MRI experience, strong patient care skills, and the ability to perform high-quality MRI examinations in a fast-paced outpatient imaging environment.
Responsibilities:
- Perform MRI procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
- Prepare and position patients for MRI examinations while ensuring comfort and safety.
- Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards.
- Screen patients for MRI safety and contraindications.
- Administer contrast agents when appropriate and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
- Accurately document procedures and patient information.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to support quality patient care.
- Follow all MRI safety, infection control, and hospital policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of recent MRI Technologist experience.
- ARRT (MRI) Certification required.
- Current BLS Certification required.
- Strong knowledge of MRI imaging procedures and patient safety standards.
- Previous travel experience preferred.
Pay: $68.00 - $73.00 per hour
