Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors as they enter the building with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Assist visitors based on their needs
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering phones, questions, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist with funeral director requests as needed
- Prepping for the morning and closing the building for the night
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple visitors/families simultaneously
