Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with project coordination and tracking progress
- Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer support
- Accounts Payable
- Assist with Payroll
- Maintain and organize files, records, and documents
- Occasional attendance at an evening meeting
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in an office or receptionist role is preferred
- Bookkeeping experience is preferred
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, accounting and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
Office hours are 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. with an hour provided for lunch.
