Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The Maintenance Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the upkeep and functionality of our facilities to provide a safe and efficient environment for all of our residents and employees.
- Handle maintenance/grounds tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Provide excellent Customer service to address maintenance concerns promptly and effectively
- Take trash out as needed and assist housekeeping as needed
- Respond to immediate requests needed for repair
- Support the Maintenance Supervisor with various tasks
- Contribute to overall Facilities maintenance by conducting routine inspections and repairs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management
Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma
- Must have at least 2 years building and grounds maintenance experience
- Valid Michigan Driver's license
- 18 years of age or older
