As a Regional Retail Director, you will play a key role in the management of TAG Heuer Retail boutiques, TAG Heuer Franchise boutiques and TAG Heuer Outlets within the west coast region. Based in Los Angeles, California, you will thrive in a stimulating environment where innovation and excellence go hand in hand with team spirit and creativity. You will report to the Vice President of Retail.
Start Date: As soon as possible
The Regional Director will be responsible for directly leading a multi-unit leadership team. The successful candidate will partner with corporate functions to support the region; including but not limited to the execution of business objectives with an oversight of overall market productivity, will maintain a focus on upholding brand image and prioritize overall talent development.
- Defines strategies for maximizing sales and profits within the region
- Strong team and talent development, this role will focus on the career development and retention of your team and succession planning
- Has a vision of how to create loyalty to the TAG Heuer brand (development of high-end clientele and repeaters)
- Understands and builds connections within the broader communities and markets
