Mortgage Loan Officer job requirement:
- Have a current and active NMLS mortgage license & license in the state of Hawaii.
- Must have experience as a mortgage loan officer or Loan officer assistant.
- Previous experience in mortgage lending.
- Great People skills
We are an experienced mortgage broker with 25 years of mortgage lending experience.
We are a mortgage broker, we work with approx 20+ mortgage banks.
Flexible to work from home or on the road.
You can originate:
- Residential loans
- Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA
- Reverse Mortgages
- Non-QM Mortgage Loans
- Hard Money Loans
- Commercial loans

We use technology to simplify the process so you can expand and duplicate your production.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Looking for someone who lives in Hawaii and has an NMLS mortgage license to be a Hawaii Branch manager in Hawaii for our growing mortgage company.
- Generate Mortgage Loan applications - Self Generated business
- Take mortgage loan applications with borrowers.
- Work with real estate agents
