We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic On Site Recruiter to join our organization’s talent acquisition team(MUST SPEAK SPANISH) . This role involves managing the full-cycle recruitment process directly at our physical locations, ensuring the seamless hiring of qualified candidates across various departments. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to sourcing talent, and a comprehensive understanding of recruitment strategies and HR systems. This position plays a vital role in supporting our growth initiatives by attracting top talent and fostering positive candidate experiences. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
- Conduct on-site interviews, assessments, and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with role requirements
- Utilize applicant tracking systems such as Avionte, and Wurknow, to manage candidate pipelines efficiently
- Source candidates through social media platforms, job boards, campus outreach, and cold calling efforts
- Negotiate employment terms and facilitate the offer process in coordination with HR policies
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners to support ongoing talent management
- Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws during all recruitment activities
- Manage onboarding processes including employee orientation and contract administration
- Track recruitment metrics and generate reports to optimize sourcing channels and improve hiring outcomes
- Support internal recruiting initiatives such as succession planning and talent development programs
Skills
- Proven experience in technical recruiting, executive recruiting, or campus recruitment
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence candidate decisions positively
- Proficiency in platforms such as Wurknow, Avionte, or Outlook; familiarity with EXCEL tools.
- Knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and best practices in employee relations
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—to engage effectively with diverse audiences
- Ability to conduct thorough interviewing techniques and candidate assessments
- Experience with social media management for talent sourcing purposes
- Competence in research methods for lead generation and market analysis
- Strong relationship management skills to build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
