Responsibilities
Engage with potential partners, families, and community members via phone, email, and virtual meetings to promote the organisation's programmes and initiatives.
Clearly and persuasively communicate the mission, vision, and impact of the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso in both English and Spanish.
Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with new and existing stakeholders to support our growth.
Achieve outreach and engagement targets to drive programme enrolment and support fundraising efforts.
Maintain accurate and organised records of all communications and activities using our internal systems.
Represent the Boys & Girls Club of El Paso with the highest level of professionalism and a commitment to our core values of character, leadership, and healthy lifestyles.
Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to new outreach strategies and campaigns.
Qualifications
Full professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken) is essential for this role.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the discipline to work effectively in an independent, remote setting.
A genuine passion for our mission to empower young people to reach their full potential.
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
While this is an entry-level position, any previous experience in sales, customer service, community outreach, or the non-profit sector is considered an asset.
Familiarity with CRM software is advantageous but not required.
