- Provide comprehensive medical care to patients in a hospital setting

Conduct regular patient assessments and manage treatment plans

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care

Adhere to hospital protocols and guidelines for patient treatment

Document patient interactions and treatment progress accurately

Participate in hospital rounds and patient consultations

Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment options

Participate in quality improvement initiatives
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school

Minimum of 2 years of experience in internal medicine

Active medical license to practice in the state of Tennessee

Strong clinical skills in hospital medicine

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Schedule: 7p-7a, 7 on/7 off
Patient Census: 10-12 admissions per night
Duties: Admissions and cross cover
No procedures required
Support Staff: APP
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
DEA & ACLS required
