Pediatric Behavioral Health Solutions is a growing outpatient mental health practice dedicated to helping children, adolescents, and families thrive. We are building a collaborative team of clinicians who value high-quality care, clinical autonomy, and a supportive work environment.
We are currently seeking a fully licensed LPC or LCSW to join our expanding practice in Leesburg, VA. This part-time position offers an established referral network, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to build a consistent caseload quickly, with the option to grow into a full-time role if desired.

Applicants must hold an active Virginia license as an LPC or LCSW.

Position Overview
We’re looking for a clinician who enjoys working with children, adolescents, and families and wants to help shape a growing pediatric behavioral health practice.
Clinical demand is strongest during 2:00 PM–6:00 PM, making this an ideal opportunity for clinicians seeking afternoon hours while maintaining flexibility outside of peak times.
Compensation
- $50–65 per hour for individual therapy sessions (based on experience)
- Higher reimbursement for leading or co-facilitating group therapy
- Opportunity for increased earnings as caseload and group programming expand
Schedule
- Begin with a part-time schedule, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time caseload if desired
- Highest client demand between 2:00 PM–6:00 PM
- No weekends required
- No Friday requirement
- Flexible scheduling outside of peak hours based on clinician preference and caseload

Responsibilities
- Provide individual therapy to children and adolescents
- Complete diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with our psychiatric provider to coordinate patient care
- Communicate with parents and caregivers as clinically appropriate
- Participate in or lead group therapy programs as opportunities arise
Qualifications
Required
- Active Virginia license as an LPC or LCSW
- Ability to practice independently in an outpatient setting
Preferred
- Experience providing therapy to children and adolescents
- Training or experience in CBT, DBT, or other evidence-based interventions
- Experience treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, emotional regulation, and behavioral concerns
- Interest in developing or facilitating group therapy services
