Your Role as an LPN
Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care in accordance with individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
Direct, support, and collaborate with Nursing Assistants
Complete documentation for admissions, discharges, and transfers per facility policy
Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians
Ensure medication administration complies with all policies and procedures
Conduct daily rounds and make priority-based decisions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
Qualifications
Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of Indiana or valid Compact License
Strong clinical judgment and leadership abilities
Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented approach to care
