AristaCare at Norwood Terrace, a skilled nursing facility in Plainfield, NJ, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor for the overnight (11pm–7am) shift. Known for a hands-on administration with an open-door policy and a team that knows every resident by name, our facility provides post-hospital rehabilitation, long-term care, and memory care in a warm, close-knit environment. The RN Nursing Supervisor leads the overnight nursing team and ensures quality resident care. Prior nursing home experience is required for the Nursing Supervisor position.

Registered Nurse (RN) Nursing Supervisor Duties
Supervise nursing staff and oversee resident care during the overnight shift
Serve as the on-site clinical leader and resource for the nursing team
Respond to and manage clinical situations, incidents, and emergencies
Communicate with on-call providers and families as needed
Ensure documentation and care standards are maintained throughout the shift

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey
Prior nursing supervisor experience
Must have experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting
