Skilled Concrete Finisher / Curb Finisher
We are seeking experienced and motivated Concrete Finishers, with a strong emphasis on curb finishers, to join our growing team. Candidates should have experience placing, shaping, and finishing concrete while maintaining high-quality workmanship and production standards.
Responsibilities:
- Finish and detail concrete curb, gutter, sidewalk, and flatwork projects.
- Perform curb finishing by hand and behind paving machines.
- Use hand and power tools to achieve smooth, professional finishes.
- Set forms, grade stone and aggregate bases, and assist with concrete preparation.
- Read grades, string lines, and site layouts to ensure accurate installation.
- Assist with general labor duties required to complete projects efficiently and safely.
- Work as part of a paving and concrete crew to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a concrete finisher required.
- Experience as a curb finisher strongly preferred.
- Experience finishing behind curb and gutter paving machines is a major plus.
- Ability to set forms and perform grading work.
- Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing techniques, and job site safety.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $25.00 - $32.35 per hour
