Pro Tint of Orlando is hiring an experienced, sales-driven customer service / shop manager to assist with our growing automotive window tinting and paint protection services in a full-time capacity.
We are a family-owned business that has been in Central Florida for over 25 years, with three busy locations. If hired, you will be working primarily at our Downtown Orlando location.
Your responsibilities will start at the front desk, presenting our services to customers who walk in the door. You will be their guide, walking them through every step of our sales process.
This position will also include management responsibilities, such as inventory and staff management.
We are looking for someone who is customer-service oriented, hardworking, and a team player. This can be a fast-paced, fun position with a lot of growth potential - it grows as you do.
Candidates who have multiple years of experience in window tinting, PPF & vinyl wrap industries will be placed at the top of the list. We would prefer to have someone who is able to assist our installers in the bays during peak season.
Compensation consists of a salary based on experience. The details will be discussed during the interview process.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to speak and type fluent English, Bilingual a plus.
- 5 years or more experience in automotive customer service or sales.
- 5 years or more working in window tinting or vehicle wrap shops.
- Provide confident, professional & friendly customer service in person, phone and email.
- Educate and up-sell customers on our premium offerings, such as 3M Crystalline and 3M Paint Protection Film.
- Assist in promotional videos which will be posted on social media and other online platforms.
- Process cash and credit card payments using our point of sale system in a professional manner.
- Use our industry-specific CRM to check customers in, send notifications and update job information at every stage of our workflow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Windows 10/11.
Additional Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass drug screening, background check and MVR check
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift 25 lbs. without assistance
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday, 9am - 6pm
