Phantom Fireworks is the industry leader in retail sales of consumer fireworks. We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated, and customer-focused individual to join our Retail Management team. No prior fireworks experience is required—comprehensive training is provided.
What you’ll do:

Open and close the store, ensuring security and proper cash handling

Assist the management team with daily store operations

Handle cash, deposits, and bank procedures accurately

Oversee, lead, and support store staff

Assist and address customer concerns professionally

Monitor inventory on the sales floor and ensure products are properly stocked

Maintain merchandising and store presentation standards

Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures
-
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements & Qualifications:

2–3 years of retail experience

Experience managing staff and cash control procedures
-
Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
-
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal peak hours

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word and Excel preferred)

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
-
Reliable transportation required
Must be able to pass a credit and criminal background check
