Compensation Range: $40 - 45 per hour
Are you ready to shape the visual narrative for world-class global sporting partnerships on an international stage? We are seeking a consultative Senior Creative Brand Designer to lead high-visibility campaigns-including premier activations for the upcoming LA28 Games-by delivering end-to-end creative solutions across digital, print, and interactive media.
This role is 100% onsite in Westlake Village, CA.
Interview Process: 2 rounds and an assessment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multi-platform creative execution across digital, eCommerce, and print touchpoints to elevate brand storytelling across global event lifecycles.
- Develop scalable design systems, brand templates, and high-fidelity prototypes to maintain rigorous global brand guidelines.
- Deliver end-to-end visual solutions from initial concept to final asset production, optimizing user experiences across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.
- Partner with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to translate strategic business objectives into high-impact media campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 4+ years of professional graphic design experience producing high-visibility, multi-channel campaigns.
- Technical Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with UI/UX prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).
- Strategic Expertise: Proven track record in typography, layout design, media production across print/digital, and foundational photography.
- Education & Core Skills: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design (or equivalent practical experience) with exceptional collaborative communication skills.
