What You'll Be Working On
Our technicians service and repair a variety of commercial equipment including:
- Rooftop Package Units (RTUs)
- Split Systems
- VRF Systems
- Commercial Refrigeration Equipment
- Air-Cooled Chillers
- Boilers
- HVAC Controls and Building Automation Systems
Responsibilities
- Perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and system startups
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, and controls-related issues
- Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to customers professionally
- Complete service documentation accurately and thoroughly
- Maintain a safe and professional work environment
- Work independently while collaborating with fellow technicians and management
QualificationsRequired
- Minimum 5 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Certification
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass background screening
Preferred
- Experience with VRF systems, chillers, refrigeration, boilers, and controls
- Manufacturer certifications
- Advanced electrical troubleshooting skills
